Return of the ITS Town Meeting

We will be meeting again next Friday, June 6th here at 11 Linden Park (get directions) from 8:30-11:30 AM for our regularly scheduled ITS Town Meeting.  In the past, these meetings have consisted of great ideas and projects that members of our community have cared to share, software and hardware demonstrations, and many engaging and thought provoking discussions.  This meeting should prove no different. Please join us in this engaging, collaborative and forward looking agenda next week:

  • A Summer Reading List? Who me?
    Ever wonder what others are reading or is in their professional library?  Bring a book to share with the group and add to the growing list of books comprising a professional learning library.
  • Know Your Nodes - What and Where are they?

Gluing IT Together
If we build it they will come.  Well, we hope.  We'll explore together the beginning development our new website (based on Drupal) and discuss how it may be the tie that binds.

    Sharing is the name of the game.  Now's your chance to share that great project, tool or use of technology from your work or someone inside your school or district.  Nothing to formally prepare, just hit the highlights! Share your initiatives and share things that you want to learn about.
  • More Sharing - COSER-style
    We'll quickly review the process for COSER collection and discuss the future of how this requirement might look.
  • Learning Ops
    If you are a technology specialist, you may have wondered, where do I get my professional development or how you might be able to share more about what you are doing?  If so, we'll spend some time sharing the following learning opportunities... TLT Conference - K12Online - Classroom 2.0
