How do you use Instructional Multimedia in your classroom or school building?  Do you tie the media to instruction, or is the media used as an after thought in which yes, it will fill time as well as bring a little instruction or reinforcement to a topic or subject?

As many of you know, M1B has a new Video On Demand service.  More can be learned through the Media Portal .  Please take a few moments to learn about this new, engaging service that offers rich digital content, much that is aligned to New York State Standards.

How can you expand the use of media in the classroom?  I think of when I was in elementary school and we watched slides and the teacher read the audio (okay, I'm dating myself). Now, Video On Demand allows for Home and School access, the creation of playlist, and student access.  How great is that?
